Sign in, enrolment profile, facility actions
Use the same email and password (or OTP) as in the main app. Preparedness buttons write to the facility audit when your account is approved and linked to a site.
Preparedness buttons (O₂, Staff, …): require a verified account that is operator-approved with a facility / site linked (admin console). Password sign-in can succeed sooner — the banner below explains when actions stay disabled. OTP is only sent when those reporting requirements are met.
First time: after registering you receive a verification code (email/SMS). Enter it in the box below or on the registration page before password sign-in will succeed.
Use the code from registration (not the facility OTP field below). Same email as above.
Sites you cover: add each facility or site name (your enrolment), set a PM2.5 alert threshold per site, then log preparedness actions for that site.
SMS, WhatsApp, and email attempts logged by the server (including alert broadcasts). Full text when available.
Save people you may message in an emergency — SMS, WhatsApp, or email. They must agree before you contact them; sending is rate-limited per day.

Choose how we may reach you for alerts (matches your registration — save to update).

After you sign in under Facility Actions (password or one-time code), your saved enrolment details load here — cities, channels, verification, and facility linkage. Update preferences through your administrator if something is wrong.
Permanently delete your registration and personal data. You must be signed in with email + password (not OTP only). Type DELETE to confirm. This cannot be undone. You can also use the public page /delete-account without the app.

Theme, PM2.5 alert threshold, and auto-refresh are set in the Admin → Settings panel (this browser).
